Booking a Session After Purchasing a Service or Package


This can be done one of two ways. Either directly after you have made the purchase or at a later date.

To book a session directly after you have purchased it, you can click on the order confirmation banner at the top of the Organise Sessions page or on the Book Session link next to the Service/Package that is at the top of the list of any previously purchased Services. Clicking on either of these will take you to the booking calendar.

 OR 

If you are booking a session for a Service/Package you purchased a while ago, go to your Account and click on the Book Your Timeslot button. You will be taken to the Organise Sessions page. Next, click on the Book Session link next to the Service/Package you want to book to go to the booking calendar.

Select the Consultant and the week you wish to book your timeslot for. Next click the SHOW AVAILABLE TIMESLOTS button. To change the week you are viewing in the calendar you will need to select it from the DATES drop-down box and click the SHOW AVAILABLE TIMESLOTS button.

Select the time that you want your session to start and click the CONFIRM BOOKING TIMES button in the lower right corner. You will be taken to the Confirm Attendance page where you can review the details of the timeslot you are booking. When you have ensured that the information is correct click on the SUBMIT button in the lower right corner.

You will be taken to your Account where a success message will be displayed and you will see your booking listed in your Upcoming Sessions.
