Invalid Users

In the above image, Jen Tres has two accounts and both are showing as invalid.
The reason her accounts are invalid is because they have the same email address and this breaks the system's validation rules (the system sees upper and lowercase as the same to prevent duplication).
If you come across a user who has two accounts with the same email address you will need to change the email address of the account the user does not want. Please note, changing letters from uppercase to lowercase or lowercase to uppercase will not work. The system sees letters all the same whether they are in upper or lowercase.
In the above image, the email address for Jen Tres could be changed to jen_tres1@flightcentre.com. After the email address has been changed, both of her accounts will now be valid. The account Jen doesn't want can now be linked to her "real" account.
