Change The Payment Method of a Purchase

In Admin View, hover over the Reports link until the drop-down menu appears. Click on Purchases. This will take you to the Purchases Report page where you can view all the purchases that have been made on your entity. You can also filter the Purchases Report to show specific purchases.

To change the Payment Method of a purchase, find the purchase on the report using the filters if necessary. Once you have found the purchase, use the following steps to change the Payment Method:

  1. Click the red Change link that is under the current Payment Method for the purchase. A drop-down box with a list all of the possible Payment Methods will appear.
  2. Select the correct Payment Method from the drop-down box. The system will automatically save the new Payment Method you have selected.
